FLATTOP TOM & HIS JUMP CATS Return to CLUB 507 in NEWHALL, Sunday, June 18th, 4-7:30pm
Come back for some more SWING DANCING in Downtown NEWHALL at the American Legion, our ‘New’ CLUB 507, on FATHER’S DAY for a “Big Kahuna Blow-Out” with one of our favorite bands, FLATTOP TOM & HIS JUMP CATS! This band returns for the third time this year with jumpin’ dance fave designed to keep everyone’s feet moving — including DAD’s!
SPECIAL GUEST SWING DANCE INSTRUCTOR: Roscoe Farnsworth (remember the old Derby Days on Los Feliz?!), will be joining us for a special lesson before the band plays.
We’re working on funding a new dance floor. Coming to support our events helps in so many ways. The American Legion is happy to support our events — you do not have to be a member to attend.

About the Venue: Club 507 Newhall

Newhall’s Old Town District gets a New Dance Venue!

A former 1940s movie house, the current American Legion Post 507 is home to the Santa Clarita Valley’s newest hotspot for live music and dancing.

The historic building shares the parking lot at the Old Town Newhall Library at Railroad and Lyons Avenues in Old Town Newhall. Here, the New Club 507 hosts a lively mix of Blues Jams, classic Rock ‘n Roll groups, Big Bands, and Rockabilly bands all playing danceable favorites. Free dance classes are often provided to help beginners and advanced dancers keep busy on the dance floor.

The New Club 507 has free parking, a full bar, ample table seating, catered food offerings and a super-friendly crowd of music lovers and dancers.

The New Club 507 is located adjacent to the Newhall main library building in Old Town Newhall at 24527 Spruce Street (at 11th Street). Take Lyons Avenue east from the I-5 or Newhall Avenue then Railroad Avenue from the 14 Freeway.
