An Evening with Toots McApplesauce: Only Slightly Misbehaving is a playful vintage-style cabaret comedy show filled with jazz standards, American Songbook favorites, nostalgic tunes, and old-school charm.

While this isn’t a formal dance night, swing dancers are warmly encouraged to come out, enjoy the music, and try out a move or two when the spirit — and floor space — allow. When Toots recently busked in Santa Monica, a few swing dancers jumped up and started dancing, so this show may be just the kind of lighthearted night out your dancing shoes have been waiting for.

Come for the songs, stay for the comedy, and feel free to bring a partner, a friend, or simply your excellent sense of rhythm.
