The concert starts at 7, right? And audience members don’t have to dress in vintage clothes? I saw one posting that said 3:45PM.

As far as I know the concert starts at 7PM.
I don’t know of any dress code, but a lot of people going to this will be dressed vintage. I would advise to just dress nicely (suit for men) if you don’t want to or can’t dress vintage.
