The Beach Cities Swing Band (a 17-piece Big Band with Vocalist Cynthia Dunbar) will be performing July 1 at the El Segundo High School Quad, 640 Main Steet, El Segundo, CA 9024. Downbeat is at 4:00 PM. There is room to dance in the Quad. This is an outdoor event so bring blankets, lounge chairs, hats, sunscreen, snacks and appropriate clothing. Admission is free, but tax-deductible donations are appreciated. Many of your favorite swing dancing tunes featuring Glenn Miller, Duke Ellington, County Basie and many more will be performed. Come and enjoy a great time with friends and dance away the afternoon.
